Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for planning, managing, and executing complete Well Testing operations in a safe and efficient manner
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and alignment with client requirements
• Plan service activities, manpower deployment, and equipment readiness for well testing jobs
• Ensure delivery of well testing services to a high operational, quality, and safety standard
• Responsible for equipment maintenance, inspection, calibration, and readiness
• Optimize work processes to improve efficiency, safety, and operational performance

Operational & Equipment Expertise

• Strong operational and maintenance experience with:

– Flow head

– Choke manifold (5K & 10K)

-Phase horizontal separators (mobile production separators)

– Sand trap and sand filters

– SSV (Surface Safety Valve)

– Indirect heaters

– ESD (Emergency Shutdown System)

– Artificial lift systems (ESP, sucker rod pumps, progressive cavity pumps)

– Gas compressors for low gas-producing wells

– Transfer pumps, surge tanks, and gauge tanks

Instrumentation, Calibration & Data Systems

• Operational and calibration expertise in:

– Orifice meters (Daniel)

– Pressure controllers and pressure test pumps

– Level controllers

– Pressure & level actuators

– Safety relief valves

– Flow computers

– Differential chart recorders (Barton)

• Good exposure to Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ), flow meters, and chemical injection systems
• Calibration of electronic sensors and instrumentation

Well Testing & Production Monitoring

• Supervise and execute periodical test programs
• Monitor well performance under low and high pressure conditions, onshore and offshore
• Experience with oil, gas, sweet and sour wells
• Capable of testing well production ranging from 100 to 5,000 BBL/day
• Manage BS&W ranges from 0% to 100% and API gravity from 15 to 45

Laboratory, Analysis & Standards

• Knowledge and application of ASTM standard methods, including:

– Water cut analysis

– API gravity analysis

– Gas gravity analysis

– Salinity analysis

– pH measurement

– H₂S metering

• Experience with sand management systems
• Strong knowledge of industry standards for Surface Well Testing

HSE & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and enforce Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure full compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements
• Promote safety culture and safe work practices at site
