Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Operate and maintain cementing equipment including cementing units, high-pressure pumps, batch mixers, and bulk handling systems.
• Support the Lead Cementing Supervisor/Engineer during job preparation, rig-up, rig-down, and execution.
• Calculate cement volumes, densities, mix ratios, and other slurry design parameters as per job program.
• Assist in mixing and pumping cement slurries for primary, remedial, squeeze, and plug cementing jobs.
• Conduct pre-job inspections, equipment readiness checks, and pressure testing of cementing equipment.
• Monitor pumping operations including pressure, rate, and slurry consistency throughout the job.
•  Record all operational data, maintain accurate job logs, and support preparation of post-job reports.
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of cementing equipment and tools.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with all company HSE standards, safe work practices, and operational procedures.
• Participate actively in toolbox talks, pre-job safety meetings, and risk assessments.
• Ensure proper use of PPE, adherence to safety protocols, and reporting of hazards or unsafe conditions.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate effectively with rig crew, well services team, and client representatives during job execution.
• Communicate operational needs, equipment status, and job progress clearly and professionally.
• Support the team in ensuring that all cementing operations are performed efficiently and safely.
