Roles & responsibilities:-

• Operate Nitrogen Pumping Units (NPU) and surface equipment during CT and stimulation operations.
• Assist the Nitrogen Pump Supervisor in planning, rig-up, rig-down, and execution of nitrogen operations.
• Prepare and inspect all nitrogen units, lines, tanks, and associated equipment before mobilization.
• Support discussions with the CT Engineer or Wellsite Coordinator regarding job design, wellbore conditions, and nitrogen requirements.
• Read and interpret wellbore schematics and well intervention procedures accurately.
• Ensure nitrogen tanks and pumping systems are properly connected, cooled, and primed prior to operation.
• Maintain accurate records of nitrogen consumption, storage levels, and stock management.
• Monitor nitrogen temperature, pressure, and flow rates during operations and adjust as required.
• Conduct pre- and post-job equipment maintenance, including checking chicksans, butterfly valves, hammer valves, treating iron, nitrogen pumps, and storage tanks.
•  Perform or supervise minor repairs and troubleshooting on cryogenic pumps, circulation pumps, and heat transfer systems.
• Ensure proper laying, specification, and testing of iron lines as per pressure and flow standards.
• Follow and enforce HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and safety checklists at the wellsite.
• Mobilize nitrogen units, bulkers, and other support equipment to the job site with required manpower.
• Coordinate with the client and team members to ensure smooth and safe operation.
• Prepare detailed pre- and post-job reports, providing technical inputs and field observations.
• Use operational software or data systems for job monitoring and performance reporting.
• Required Skills and Competencies: Ex SLB or KSA Experience.
