Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Ensure the overall safety, integrity, and efficient operation of the offshore installation.
•  Act as the highest authority onboard and lead all operational and HSE activities.
• Oversee drilling, production, marine, maintenance, and logistics operations.
• Lead the Emergency Response Team and manage all emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, company policies).
• Monitor rig stability, critical systems, and operational parameters.
•  Conduct daily meetings, safety briefings, and coordinate departmental activities.
• Manage personnel onboard, including crew rotations, performance, and welfare.
• Approve operational procedures, work permits, and SIMOPS plans.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and ensure safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, HSE reports, and daily communication with onshore teams.
• Coordinate supply vessel operations and ensure safe cargo handling.
