Roles & Responsibilities:

Operations & Technical Expertise

• Thorough knowledge of oil and gas well construction, completions, and field operations.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Through-Tubing operations (CT, Slickline, Wireline, etc.).
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise operations, including equipment and manpower performance, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Conduct complex jobs such as fishing live perforating guns, radioactive sources, E-line cables/tools, straddle packers, Spears, Overshoots, Non-Explosive Setting Tools, and downhole motors.
• Execute Frac and Stimulation operations on-site and coordinate requirements effectively.
• Proficient in using software for job planning and tool design (e.g., Cerberus, Coil Cad, Mac Flow for milling jobs, Jar Program for fishing jobs).
• Experienced in downhole maneuverability tools and assembly planning.

Safety & Compliance

• Familiar with emergency response systems and implementing continuous improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safe operating procedures in all operations.

Maintenance & Asset Management

• Maintenance, recertification, and inventory management of downhole tools and equipment.
• Budgeting, cost optimization, and contract management.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Strong communication and presentation skills for interaction with client representatives, field teams, and cross-functional departments.
• Prepare and issue pre-job plans and post-job reports.
• Ability to handle challenging assignments and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Thru-Tubing operations, including CT, Slickline, and Wireline.
• Experience with fishing, milling, setting TT plugs, and other complex well interventions.
• Proficiency in software for job planning, coil fatigue analysis, and wireline replacement planning.
• Strong understanding of oilfield operations, downhole tools, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interdisciplinary skills.
